Civil Demands
In December 2025, a series of Civil Demands started going out to Supervisors and various groups in the county related to legislating, governing, management, fraud and other matters.
All of these were copied to all of the supervisors, as well as the intended parties. They often included local and/or state media on the correspondence and occasionally a group of 30+ local attorneys on the bcc.
In addition to seeking change, this was a test to see if/when the Monterey County Counsel might try to engage in dialogue on behalf of the individuals receiving demands.
County Counsel did not engage until the 8th demand, and when they did, they fabricated facts and attempted to create the illusion of a singular complaint that was a private property dispute (which didn't apply to either complaint).
That stimulated a demand which they could not and still can not respond to without self incrimination and that of Social Services -- but they were given an opportunity to respond. When they failed to respond, as expected, Bar Complaints and a Civil Grand Jury Complaint were filed immediately. (And then this website was built).

NOTE: These issues have been deeply frustrating and counterproductive, often requiring extraordinary applicant effort for basic progress. I have documented and shared the supporting emails publicly because the patterns are difficult to credit without direct evidence—and ultimate resolution requires transparency to drive meaningful reforms.
